Since sharing Dashworks on PH last year, a Slack app has been our top request. Slack is where questions are asked, and information is exchanged, so this was a natural surface for Dashworks, and we wanted to get it right. With advancements in conversational AI, we believe we’ve finally found the ideal user experience to make this happen.
How it works
1. Add Dashworks to Slack 2. Connect data sources from our library of 40+ turnkey integrations like Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Github, and Jira. 3. Invite Dashworks to a Slack channel. Please take a look at the Use cases section below for suggestions. 4. That’s all there is to it! Dashworks will now monitor the Slack channels for new questions it can answer and proactively respond with relevant information. Dashworks respects document permissions in connected data sources, so you’ll only get responses using documents you can access.
Use cases
