A co-worker at Lovable shipped a demo of a tool we use internally, and I think it shows exactly what most companies are getting wrong with AI. The situation today: 1000 employees building 1000 slide decks every day - ok, maybe a bit exaggerated, but you get the point. The problems: everyone is building from scratch leading to crazy token spend, every deck looks different, everyone tells a different story and in many case it feels like AI slop. People spend hours building these from scratch whilst blowing through the annual AI budget in six months. I see almost nobody that has thought about how to actually scale this. Here is what we do at Lovable in GTM: (1) provide a curated baseline deck (2) you log into our internal tool "deck admin" (3) put in who you're speaking to pulling directly from internal systems (4) it automatically generates a deck for exactly that person and use case. All this at a fraction of the cost of building from scratch with the messaging and branding we actually want out there. Kudos to Lazar Jovanovic for making this internal tool visible with dummy data.
